Pastries and Cookies

         Our specialty cookies are made from a sugar cookie dough, glazed, and decorated with royal icing and/or buttercream frosting. Royal icing decorations dry very hard, have a slightly longer shelf-life, and can be individually packaged in bags. Buttercream frosting decorations remain soft and are thus more delicate. These cookies need to be presented on a platter or in individual boxes. All cookie orders are baked/decorated just before they are delivered, to ensure freshness.
